We usually make a suggestion of suitable sizes and the correct saddle pad after looking at the fitting questionnaire. More often than not we require additional photo's if your horse falls into the 'hard to fit category'. The two most useful photo's for saddle fitting are: 1 x side on square photo showing the whole horse close up with no gear and 1 x photo taken from standing behind the square! horse's rump on a bucket showing the back, shoulder and withers from above - ideally the mane des not cover the shoulder for this photo. If you are not sure how big the photo's are that you are sending please send 1 at a time, otherwise up to 1MB per mail is fine for my mailbox to handle at all times.

If you feel intimidated by the idea of a questionnaire and sending photo's please just call us and we go through the questions on the phone - we sympathize with technology phobic horse riders! and do not discriminate against people with limited computer skills.

Once we are clear on the saddle and saddlepad set up we than discuss your choice of accessories and give you a price for your package. Once full payment is received your products will be sent with Australia Post registered and insured.

We endeavor to keep all products in stock at all times but since the range seems to be expanding all the time waiting times occasionally apply unfortunately.

 

We accept the following payment options:

creditcard (2% surcharge), money order, cash, direct deposits, COD and cheque

A 10 % deposit is due at the time of order, the balance is payable before we send your new saddle. You can pay your saddle of over max. 6 months if this is more convenient for you. We do not charge interest or account keeping fees but can not deliver until the products are fully paid for, so it works like a lay-by system.
